Villa Emilia I Luxury

Beautiful Villa, wonderful sea views, ideal for family holiday would definitely recommend.

Pros: Would definitely recommend. Beautiful Villa with great views overlooking the sea. We stayed here for family holiday - 7 adults and two I year old children. The outdoor pool area was ideal and the paddling pool partition was perfect for the babies. Good location not far from supermarket and restaurants. Michalis was an exceptional host nothing too much trouble and was always available to help and answer any questions and recommendations for restaurants etc.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Emilia it is a fantastic villa and would definitely stay again

Pros: This is a beautiful villa with fantastic views that is even better than it looks in the pictures

Cons: Our one and only dislike was not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet but we understand that this is what you have to do in this part of Crete

Pros: Amazing villa, fantastic views, villa had everything one would need, we enjoyed every moment, BBQ facilities snd swimming pool so good The host Michalis was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, top man 👏

We loved our holiday at the beautiful Villa Emilia

Pros: Villa Emilia was an unique villa with stunning views of the sea and sunset. Our teenagers practically lived in a pool and adults just relaxed looking the view. The villa is built to a high standard and all the facilities were finished with care and quality materials. The outdoor and pool area was perfect for a large group hang around and eat at a long table. Quiet and peaceful bedrooms. The house also got wonderfully cool on hot Cretan days. Michaelis was an excellent friendly host who gave us many good tips, including a day at the sea. This e.g. 5 hour boat trip to snorkel and visit e.g. Balos beach is highly recommended. Also Kissamos was easily accessible with good restaurants and well well-stocked grocery stores and bakeries. We really loved our stay at the villa! You can also visit some of the most beautiful places of Crete easily from Kissamos (Balos, Falasarna and Elafonisi baches).

Pros: The first pleasant impression was left by the owner of the villa, Michalis. He was always in touch and helped us in resolving all issues. It was one of the most beautiful villas we have ever lived in. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it also served as a place for us to celebrate our small family holiday. Every evening you could watch beautiful sunsets, the view from the villa is simply amazing. We were not entirely lucky with the weather, but a big plus was that we were able to use the additional service of pool heating. With pleasure we will recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances, and I hope we will definitely come back here too. It was an unforgettable vacation. Thanks Michalis!

Cons: I would recommend making small improvements. They did not spoil the overall impression in any way, but I think they will help improve the quality of living. The dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced, as it did not perform its functions qualitatively. And also from the little things, there was not enough dressing table and a large mirror in the room on the top floor.
