Rainbow Hotel Apartments

All in total we had nice stay, good value for the price. Didn’t sleep well though.

Pros: Close to amazing beach, restaurants and coffee shops nearby,staff was nice and welcomed us politely, cold water in the fridge and biscuits and jams left on the table. Room was cleaned every day and we had clean sheets and towels every day.

Cons: Mattress was very hard, we didn’t sleep very well . It was nearly like sleeping on the floor.

Pros: Simple accommodations in a convenient location for going to the beach, catching a bus to Chania, and a market and a good bakery neat by for snacks. The place was very clean. Good communication after booking with check-in instructions. The lady looking after the rooms on-site was wonderful and very helpful.

Great location, clean and beautiful place!

Pros: Great location, close to Golden Beach and Agios Apostoli beach, clean and beautiful apartment, and only 3km to Old Town center. Lady Nektaria is so kind and helpful, she gave us all information about surrounding and where to go and what to visit, even anatomic pillows for sleeping ❤️ The cat is so friendly and make our holiday memorable. Highly recomend this place to stay.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Our apartment number 16 was very modern and well furnished and Mrs. Nektaria was very kind and helpful.

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: The apartments were clean, well equipped and located close to wonderful beaches and good supermarkets. The staff is very friendly and very caring.

Cons: In the apartments I rented, the windows of the room were located opposite other apartments, so I had to choose between privacy and natural light in the room. But this is a matter of taste and leisure (it rained on the days I lived there, so I had to be in the apartment for a while).

Nice place near Chania to stay a night.

Pros: A good place to stay for a night. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Staff was friendly and lots of markets and tavernas nearby👌

Cons: Room didnt have any view but that didnt bother us 😀

Everything was perfect!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Rainbow Hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The nearest beach is only a 5–7 minute walk away. We also want to mention the lady who cleaned our room—she was very kind, polite, and did her job with great care. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. It was truly a pleasure!

Comfortable and value for money stay

Pros: Located in between two of the most interesting beaches in the region. Walking distance to the beach. 0 minutes by car away from the city centre. Amazingly polite and smiley stuff. Very comfrtable beds.

Cons: Kitchenette could be more clean.

Pros: We had an amazing experience during our stay! Everything about the place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible service — especially from the lady who cleaned our room. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel at Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
