Super comfy and clean

Pros: Very comfortable and nicely furnished, the mattress, furniture, towels, toiletries are all of a high standard. Room is serviced every second day and cleaned to perfection. The breakfast delivery service is also great. It's true the road is a bit of a steep climb, personally I loved the quiet location on top of the hill, but it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues

Beautiful view and really well designed hotel.

Pros: Beautiful rooms. Comfiest beds we had all holiday. Really well designed and spacious. Excellent hot tub (we used each night) with a great view. Host was very accommodating for anything we needed. We would absolutely go back and recommend to people.

Cons: A couple of really minor maintenance things to be on top of but they didn't get in our way at all. To note it is up a steep hill, so do be aware and you'll definitely want a car!

Great. Everything was perfect. You are not central but everything you need is around.

Pros: The host was great. Super clean and tidy and taken care of.

Cons: They are building/renovating around so the path to drive might be challenging at first. Once you get used to it it’s fine but the roads there are narrow you should be aware and better to get a smaller rental car😅

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at Nuovo Luxury Suites! The service was outstanding, with Elias and the team being warm, helpful, and always available. The suite was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a super comfy bed and great amenities. We especially enjoyed the private plunge pool and peaceful sea views. The location is perfect, quiet but close to the beach, shops, and Chania town. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Crete!
