Castello Luxury Residence with Private Jacuzzi

Good location

Pros: - really big house enough space for 6 people - modern house and the whirlpool was really cool - everything was clean

Cons: - some things didn’t work well - we had problems with the whirlpool first - had only cold water sometimes

Pros: Everything was amazing. The property is in a fantastic location, about a minute walk from the old port. The property itself exceeded our expectations, it was immaculately clean, and everything looks pristinely new. The rooftop is an amazing feature also. Our host Katerina was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Choosing this property really made our trip to Crete!

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. One tiny note is that the stairs is slightly narrower than we’re used to, and the ceiling is a little low in places over the stairs. But this is a tiny detail, and we just had to be a little careful going up and down the stairs.

Great location, clean and good communication with the host

Pros: Katarina met us the door even though we arrived later than planned . She showed us around the place taking time to explain all the details. The place was spotless clean and tidy , with everything that you would ever need We were also pleased to find several cold water bottles and a bottle of wine in the fridge, as well as breakfast supplies that included fresh fruit bread ham and cheese The house is in a great location with walking distance to main attractions

We’ve been to Chania 7 times and this was the best property we’ve stayed in - everything was perfect.

Incredibly nice house in Chania`s center

Pros: Incredibly nice house, with enough space for 4-5 people, unique kitchen with enough utensils and cookware to prepare your own food. The location is not more than 50 meters from the main street, so whichever direction you go, you will be in the middle of the city for 2 minutes. The jacuzzi on the roof is a unique experience and not to be missed in any season - we were at the beginning of January and enjoyed it very much. A great house indeed and this also includes the owner - she had left us a generous treat of wine and pastries, lots of fruit, and even a few starters in the fridge, tea and coffee of various kinds, really amazing! We are very grateful for that and we'll be back in Castello Luxury Residence for sure!

Cons: The TV did not have many programs, they were mainly in German and none for kids, but when you're on holiday you don't watch a lot of TV, so it didn't really bother us :)

The perfect place in a great location! Can't fault it.

Pros: This property is so nice. I can't really fault it. The decor is lovely and modern. They have everything you could possibly need and were even kind enough to leave us basic necessities and extra little bits for snacks and in the fridge! It was closer than I thought to the venetian harbour and all the shops and restaurants. The convenience was unreal. The beds and showers etc were lovely. It was such a comfortable stay for us. Each room had a control for air conditioning so there was no need to argue about thw right temperature! Loved it and would happily stay again.

Cons: We had showers then went to the jacuzzi. Not sure if we used up a lot of hot water as the jacuzzi didn't get super hot. This wasn't a big deal as it was warm in the evening and we'd all washed our hair before getting in so that probably didn't help! The rooftop terrace with the apartment is a really lovely touch and so peaceful just chill in.

Beautiful apartment close to everything in Chania.

Pros: Perfect location near everything you might want in Chania. We walked everywhere and always felt safe and secure. The house was clean and comfortable and the hosts checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend!

Pros: katarina was so helpful, the fridge had a lot of food, for breakfast. everything was extremely clean. I will come back for sure

We had a great time and would stay at this property again.

Pros: Everything was great. Getting into the property, the location, the lovely furnishings, and the nice lady who let us in were all great. Basic necessities were provided for in the kitchen (bottled water, fruit, coffee, etc.) and the bathrooms.

Cons: There were a lot of stairs which might be an issue for people with mobility problems. But even though most of us are in our 60s, we had no problems so this issue is a minor problem at best.
