Pros: Everything was perfect, as always. The hotel is near a very nice beach, not far from the city center, but the street is quiet. The owner/manager is very nice and welcoming. It was really nice to come back here.

Pros: Great location just one block to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, boardwalk. Easy access to grocery stores, buses...room was big. All questions were answered if I needed help or directions. Thank you for everything!

Cons: I didn't have an issue with this at all but there is no elevator in case you need one. Owner and staff are wonderful and offered to help with luggage.

Pros: Great stay, host was very communicative and warm. Good location close to city center, yet quiet. Room was solid, with great shower ( compared to most rooms in Greece which have miniscule showers :/ )

Pros: The area where the apartment is situated is convenient to access the beach- 2min, to Chania town centre - 15min, to the coach station - 10min. The bus services to go to different cities and beaches are excellent. However, the best of all was the owner's hospitality. She offers the authentic Greek warmth and attitude to help. Every day there was a little chat and she gave many helpful advice which made my stay unforgettable.

Cons: I understand and consider it fair that the apartment's facilities are limited for tourists to use the local services, however, the food costs are extremely expensive nowadays and it would be great to have at least a microwave.
