Boutique Hotel Central Chania Town

Pros: Very welcoming reception staff. Attentive and always happy to help. Hotel is central to Chania port. Lovely views. Walking distance to all facilities as in chania town and close proximity to nearest beach; walkable 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is at the restaurant on other side of Hotel. Continental options with couple hot English breakfast options. Lovely cretan omelette. There is not a long table with lots of offering as per main stream hotels but there is plenty available to cover all tastes. This boutique hotel is great for a central stay in Chania. Taxi drops you off and can pick you up a couple of minutes walk from hotel as no cars can enter the port.

Pros: This is not the first time I am staying at Ambassadors hotel and this is the reason why: Everything was amazing once again, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Trying their best to accommodate their guests. The hotel is located at the old port of the town and it is always nice to have a stroll around and be amazed by the beauty of the scenery. The room was clean and tidy, as well as, with beautiful aesthetic. Once again, we would choose Ambassadors hotel for our stay in Chania town.

Amazing stay in the old city

Pros: We love the hotel! This is a return visit, each room is beautifully and uniquely designed, the location is amazing, on the marina, a few steps from the old harbour. The staff was very accommodating. An experience to remember

Perfection

Pros: The room we stayed was amazing. The perfect view facing the old port and the lighthouse. The bed was comfortable and the architecture of the building was exquisite. We felt welcome and Maria at the reception was very helpful and polite. She suggested all the good local restaurants for dining out, cute little cafes and rooftop cocktail bars. We would definitely visit the beautiful town of Chania again and choose to stay at the Ambassador’s Residence Boutique Hotel.

Pros: The property is in an ideal location and Maria at the reception is exceptionally nice she was very helpful and accommodating. When we came there was some trouble with our shutters in one room and there was no blinds so the light would come in early morning, therefore they gave us many alternative options and we were very pleased in the end.

Cons: The main windows sometimes didn’t have blinds They don’t have a communal lounging area which is out of the heat, also no swimming pool etc
