Pros: Location was amazing, staff were really friendly and helpful. The loaned me some travel adapters and recommended some great restaurants nearby.

The best place to stay to fully enjoy Chania

Pros: The location cannot be better. You wake up and you see the sea, the venetian port and the lighthouse. You are right in the middle of the old town, the view is like a postcard. The staff is more than nice, they listened to absolutely any of our wishes, had a very proactive approach and smiled every time. They parked the car for us every evening which was a big relief. They are ready to give you useful advices about restaurants and beaches and practically everything you need. The room is small but the balcony is the main place to stay when not asleep, so this compensates all. The bed is very comfortable and the toiletries are good quality.

Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else

Pros: The warm and friendly Amphitrite Team did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed an impeccable stay, the towels and linen were changed every day and the room was immaculate. Perfect location with breathtaking views over the harbour and Venetian lighthouse, minutes away from the harbour front with restaurants and a great place to explore beyond. The lovely sandy beach is 20 minutes walk away.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Beautiful comfortable stay with a magical view!

Pros: From the moment I stepped in the hotel I felt so welcome. Gina welcomed me with open arms and gave me so many nice suggestions what to do in 1,5 day. I was traveling alone after being with a group and because of Gina, the owner and the rest of the staff I felt not so much alone. The hotel room was facing the harbour, really good bed, good coffee machine and nice shower. I slept like a baby! It’s very central so I was able to come back often to drop off stuff. Also close by to walk to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!

Cons: Nothing - everything was great. Be aware the rooms facing the harbour also face people walking by at night. Was totally fine for me, put some earplugs on and sleep tight!

I booked for 7 nights and then extended my stay for 3 nights more because I fell in love with Chania and felt great in Amphitrite Hotel 🥰🤗❤️. Gina at the reception is so warm hearted and willing to help, it felt like family, like home. Their hospitality made my stay so enjoyable that I am looking forward to the next year to come back there again. Pros: This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff were exceptional and it smelled so good in there!!! Perfect location and very comfortable room. Absolutely would stay again

Stay here if you want a memorable Crete experience

Pros: From the moment we drove into the street, we were welcomed by Valeria with a big smile. The service and all the amazing people who work at this hotel make it feel like you’ve made a new family - this is not just another hotel. The room was amazing, extremely clean and the bed and pillows were soo comfortable. The view was incredible and we saw some amazing sunsets. Loved how they had coffee and ensured that you had pods everyday - some hotels just give you one and that’s it, but they ensured we had coffee to wake up to everyday which is super important for us. Manos and Gina gave us tips of the most beautiful places in and around Chania and really made our honeymoon special. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Pros: Location location location. WiFi was brilliant. Very clean. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Cons: I like a physical chain lock or something inside my hotel room. It was very peaceful in the hotel but it’s a thing I always like in hotel rooms.
