Exceptional New Year Break in a modern friendly Hotel ideally located for sight-seeing

Pros: Excellent Location for our stay 29.12.25 - 05.01.26 rooms exceptional and very modern decoration, bathroom enormous, Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice including cooked eggs to order. Staff friendly, approachable and very helpful we will definitely stay again on future visits to Crete

Cons: Although it didn't bother our stay since it was the Christmas/New Year Holidays and the builders on site during that period were few so we didn't experience noise although there is extensive building works ongoing next door to the Hotel while they build The Hilton Hotel possibly check status of these works prior to booking

Peaceful, friendly and super clean hotel close to town. Amazing breakfast.

Pros: Big beautiful rooms with sea view to the horizon! The breakfast is amazing, all the Cretan treats and very friendly service. Location is ideal, it's just a short walk to the main harbour of Chania town.

Cons: The roof top pool is seasonal which I hadnt realised when booking. It's open but very cold in the winter months.

It was beautiful and warm.

Pros: I had a really great and memorable time at SanSal boutique hotel. The staff members were very warm and accommodating, and the facility was neat and well maintained. The breakfast spread is also really great. The manager is a top, top guy. I highly recommend the facility to anyone going to Chania and would like to properly explore the Old Harbour as it is just a short walk away.

Excellent - very happy overall

Pros: Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the location was perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Cons: It was out of season so attendance at the pool bar was limited.

Relaxing, comfortable and central - with fantastic staff.

Pros: The hotel was clean, bright and welcoming.the staff were friendly and knowledgable about the local area. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was large, modern and extremely comfortable. The view was fabulous.
