Excellent choice for your holidays in Crete
Pros: The staff is so amazing, friendly, helpful!!! It is a very good location and everything is well organized. The small shop below the reception has normal prices. Everything very clean. Good animation program in the evening...
Cons: Everything was good. Difficult to criticize. But if you asked our 5 year old daughter, then she would say that she was disappointed that she couldn't use some of the cool slides in the swimming pool 😎 (minimum 120 cm)

3star hotel solled 4star to us
Pros: Waterpark ok. Room ok(suite), other rooms on weird location.. Staff ok, but that wasn't too much. Mini-market ok. Spa ok. Reseption ok.
Cons: Food, that was too poor, every day same and it finished many times. There wasn't any beef. Pork was only fatty. Two times fish/week. So meats has to be better. Nothing(chips etc) wasn't deep fryied. Evening program, example mini-disco same every day. Audio equipment lagged and microphones didn't work. Staff was kindly, but that was busy and too little group. Sunbeds and umbrellas were broken. Information tables was bad, didn't find toilets etc. Location horrible, no tavernas around, beach near is not a beach.

Pros: The hotel, staff, food, pools, waterpark, drinks, animation program was perfect. The beach is a 2 minutes walk on a paved road. Beach is rocky but we had a car for the whole stay. 4 minutes Ride on the same beach there is a sand beach. Wife is gluten free - She had no problem to choose for food (everything labeled)
Cons: Rocky beach and the resort is in a village really nothing around - we had a car rented so for us was really not a problem.

Overall nice experience
Pros: Nice waterpark, friendly staff, spacious room. Cleaned every day.
Cons: The Aircondition was so noisy I had to turn it off to go to sleep. The quality of soda drinks is awful - my expectations were low given the all inclusive establishment but what they serve is disgusting.

Good but not excellent, we loved the free upgrade thanks ao much, but must improve night entertainment for kids.
Pros: We loved the free upgrade swimming pool, great size of the pool, accessible to public transport
Cons: There’s a lot of ants in the room. Renting of towels. No gym, No spectacle kids entertainment must improve

Nice for family trip with kids
Pros: Waterpark in the hotel was great for kids but also adults might be satisfied. Couple swimmingpools nicely offload people and caused that they were not so crowdy. Distance from hotel to the beach was also short and water in the sea nice and fresh. Stones on the beach so we recommend to wear swimming shoes.
Cons: Restaurant not so big and without efficient air condition caused that it was better to eat outside but limited number of tables made it sometimes impossible. Stuff tried to clean everything in a fast manner but anyway it was difficult to clean the mess that some people made with they bubbles.

Pros: Excellent hotel and had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms clean and spacious and everyone friendly.
Cons: Could have catered for children more slightly with food. Very limited choice and with herbs on the chips constantly so children didn’t really eat them.

Pros: First of all, the service, the smile and feeling of care from the staff at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is designed for families and children, there is enough food and facilities in the hotelIn addition, they are compatible with allergies. My daughter is celiac and they prepared special food for her there! There is a lovely entertainment team that dances during the day and does a children's show every evening. There is also a circus show once a week that the children really enjoyedI would definitely recommend the hotel
Cons: The internet reception is a bit bad in the rooms. And there is no closed gymboree complex for children.
