Caldera Creta Paradise

Pros: Basically everything, we had a small bungalow overlooking the beach, The resort is large and well kept, clean and green, fresh air, based in a quiet area, not far from the centre, but you'll find everything you need in the surrounding area. Multiple pools, entertainment, great breakfast, Great staff especially at the main desk, etc. Makes other places look inferior.

Ideal for groups and families

Pros: - Grounds of the hotel, golf court, access to the Aqua land park and a padel court. - Access to the private beach (Though there are nicer beaches in Crete, the option was appreciated, especially with a Volleyball session and Yoga/Pilates on the beach) - Overall a good selection of food and drinks under the all inclusive option. (There are also themed nights in the main restaurant) - Large and recently upgraded rooms (appreciated the room upgrades) - Staff goes out of the way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. - Always managed to find a sun lounger without having the need to reserve deckchairs whilst the pool was closed. (We were a group of 12 with children) - Appreciated the late check out option at a very reasonable price. We found this hotel to be more quieter than the adjoining Caldera Beach.

Cons: - Main pool opens late and closes early (10:00-18:00) - Dining options can get a bit repetitive under the all inclusive option with one main restaurant. (There is the Italian option but the restaurant does not open daily. This hotel needs additional dining options under the all inclusive package) - Activities during the day seemed to be repetitive with only pilates/yoga switching in the mornings.

All good but we expected more for this price

Pros: It was clean the cleaning lady was in cleaning the room every morning The stuff was wonderful Lunch and dinner were delicious and had different variations every day

Cons: The surrounding of the hotel is pretty empty Nothing is near the hotel and yet there’s not enough space for every guest of the hotel on a pool side It was minimum half an hour drive to the nearest beach club The seafront part of the hotel is not very organized and tidy, we didn’t spend any time there and because of that it doesn’t fit the value for the price

Wonderful

Pros: Very nice location, in front of sea. Good services and kindly staff. Very good breakfast and dinner. Fantastic vacation spend with my family. Paradise is the right name

Decent value for money, feels dated in some areas, but overall pleased with our experience.

Pros: Location of the hotel is great, and easily accessible. Enough parking to where it was not so much of an issue. Pool was great, so was the enterainment team. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons: Had some ants coming into the room, which staff says is a common issue. I felt the hotel looked a bit dated in some areas, and could use some refreshing. The hotel does not enforce its policy of not reserving sun loungers for too long (I had noticed plenty with a towel on them that remained unoccupied for hours, which is a bit unfair for other guests). Also, please let customers change their pool towels every day (or every other day at least).

Great palce to spend family Holiday there

Pros: Fantastic location and the hospitality of the Crew. The food was great with enough possibility to choose.

Cons: Nothing as they solved it immediately upon we requested it.

Family break in june

Pros: The rooms were cleaned every day it was near to platanias which has loads of shops and restaurants. Right on the beach , loads of sunbeds, the food was varied and of good quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were big and comfortable we had a room with a shared pool which we enjoyed and there's beer, wine and soft drinks available all day and the snack bar has a large and varied choice. It was only a half hour transfer from the airport .

A perfect shoulder-season getaway—excellent service, great value, and unbeatable beachfront location

Pros: I stayed at Caldera Creta Paradise Hotel while attending a conference nearby and was very impressed. The room and overall property were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I booked a plan that included breakfast, which was both delicious and great value. The staff were outstanding: incredibly helpful with any questions I had and always warm and friendly. One of the highlights of the property is its direct access to the beach, though I didn’t go in as it was still a bit early in the season. Since it was shoulder season, the hotel wasn’t busy, and given the size of the property, it felt quiet and spacious. That said, I imagine the atmosphere would be much livelier in the peak summer months. I noticed many families with young children, and the hotel seemed very well equipped to accommodate them. Overall, an excellent stay and a hotel I’d highly recommend.

Cons: There was nothing to fault during my time at Caldera Creta Paradise.

Pros: Location, quietness, homely and a feel of staying home. Food was excellent.

Cons: Everything entertainment.

Very relaxing 2 weeks holiday. We enjoyed a lot!

Pros: Very diverse and good food. You need a car to see more.

Cons: A big umbrella would be usefull in the balcony
