Pros: Position, cleaness. The appartment is modern and terrace is super. Falasarna beach is wonderful.

Pros: The location, cleaness, and comfort and landscaping make this place a jewel in Falassarna. The terrace with views to the sea was fabulous. Plus...cats 😻

Cons: Noise isolation between villas is not so great.I could hear everything from the next door and downstairs neighbours. If you need silence to sleep, bring earplugs.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect — just a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The room was spotlessly clean, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The host is kind and helpful.

Pros: The location is perfect near the beach with an amazing view. There is a big garden and it is far enough from the road to not hear anything. The garden is really well maintained and it created a peaceful atmosphere, ideal to take a book and read with the view on the sea.

Cons: The bed was not super comfortable.

Pros: The apartments are located in a very quiet area, really just a short walking distance from the beach (about 10 minutes). Of course, you can also drive closer and park at a free parking lot. Just a few minutes from the apartment, there is a minimarket with all the essentials. The entrance to our corner apartment was lined with lush and varied greenery. A bottle of Raki was waiting for us on the table as a welcome gift. The private terrace is truly spacious, with sun loungers, very comfortable chairs, a sun umbrella, and a practical clothes drying rack. We enjoyed unforgettable sunsets from the terrace while having dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, I especially appreciated the french press, although I would suggest adding some smaller bowls. The mattresses are on the softer side but still very comfortable. I was really happy with the daily cleaning service — it's such a nice feeling to return to a clean space after a full day out. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Cons: If I had to point out something, it would be the weak Wi-Fi connection, but I had my own mobile data.

Very nice apartment for short stays

Pros: Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with sea views. Lovely well maintained gardens. Sun loungers and patio furniture provided. Fantastic sunsets.

Cons: Very quiet location, there is no central part to the village.

Place for great vacation

Pros: We definitely suggest to stay in Magnolia Apartments if you choose Falasarna for your stay. Great location close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete, beautiful sea view directly from apartments, close to market and restaurants, great place if you want to visit also Balos and Elafonisi. Hosts are very helpful.

Pros: Spacious, fantastic views, clean, well-equipped studio, comfortable bed, great balcony looking out over the sea. Quiet, but with a couple of nice tavernas nearby.
