Pros: Beautiful modern apartment, very stylish. Everything is quite new. The view from the balcony is fantastic and you can just sit down and relax watching the sun set. The tavern underneath had great food and the staff was really nice. Lovely small beaches around the property and a small supermarket with delicious bread for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing, enjoyed everything

Pros: Very clean place right on top of a lovely taverna overlooking a wonderful beachfront. Two beachbars within 3 minutes by foot. The place to be when in Crete. 11 stars out of 10.

Amazing stay for a couple, romantic and literally next to the sea! Would come back again for sure!
Pros: Great facilities, and amazing location super close to the sea! The room was very nice and ideal for a couple, with great sea view!

Beautiful view & comfortable stay ideal for couples and small families
Pros: The location is perfect for a stay at Falassarna area and the sea view is beautiful. The rooms are located on top of a traditional tavern that offers great local dishes and at 2’ walk from the baby beach of Falassarna bay, where another restaurant/ beach bar is located with also excellent food. Ideal for families with small kids and for those who search for a calm and comfortable place by the beach.

Pros: The apartment is perfect — clean, comfortable, and in a great location, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is located above a taverna, which is very convenient. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and even a pharmacy (a bit further, but still within reach). The air conditioning works perfectly, and there’s even a kitchen where you can actually cook. All the kitchenware is clean and brand new — you just need to buy your own groceries. Salt and pepper were also provided in the room, which was a nice touch!

Beautiful, clean and stylish accommodation with a wonderful atmosphere
Pros: This apartment was truly excellent! 🌟 Very pleasant atmosphere, great location, beautifully furnished, new, clean, and fresh. We honestly have nothing to complain about – everything was perfect. The host was friendly and warm-hearted, the communication was smooth, and everything was clearly explained. We can confidently say that we’ve found our little spot on Crete where we’ll be coming back for sure. We were pleasantly surprised, genuinely happy, and we really felt at home. Thank you so much! 💛
Cons: Our only regret is that we had to leave so soon. 🙂 We didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the lovely space and the calm atmosphere – we could’ve easily stayed for a whole week! 😄

Pros: We booked Elia Suites because our previous choice was not available and were not disappointed. On the contrary, everything was top notch. The apartment was freshly refurbished, modern and stylish. It had the best seaview in the area. If you love running like we do, there is a quiet gravel road leading to the ancient Falasarna ruins. The apartment is best suited for travellers with a rental car but if you don’t have it, there is a restaurant, a small supermarket and even a quiet beach on the premises. If we come back to Falasarna we will be sure to book here again!
Cons: The only things we missed were a blanket and a salad bowl. When we arrived, there were no chairs but they promptly delivered two after we asked. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros: The view is stunning from the balcony, we in particular enjoyed the sunsets. The pictures don’t show the patio furniture, but it is there. The location is great for exploring the area and an easy walk to the beach. It is modern, clean, and the bed is comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Agité par la tempête mais solution trouvée immédiatement, et surtout Andreas nous a remboursés !
Pros: L'emplacement, la vue sur mer, le calme, le parking, le style de l'appartement.
Cons: La tempête a fait entrer de l'eau dans l'appartement par une fuite sous une porte de balcon. Comme nous n'arrivions pas à contenir la voie d'eau, heureusement Andreas nous a donné d'autres chambres.
