Nice spot in off season

Pros: People are very kind, you really feel welcome. A very great PLUS :-) is the breakfast. Lots of good things incl. fried eggs sunny side up, pancakes, jam, honey, different kinds of bread, cake ... The location is great, between the road and the beach.

Cons: No complaints about Kalami rooms ! :-) A bit disappointment on Falasarna which has changed a lot in recent years and the transformation is ongoing. Too many people and the beach activities like \

Heaven!

Pros: Great sea view. Hammocks in the garden! 3 min walk to the HUGE beach (sandy!). Nice walk to Old Falasarna. Wonderfully quite in mid Oct. Helpful hosts. Friendly cats. Simple but v authentic. Unbelievably good value.

Cons: I suggest the hosts put some information in the rooms (e.g. 1 page) about the area and the nice walking that is available.

Pros: Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great, the staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned every day, beautiful sunsets from the balcony and a beautiful beach right next to the accommodation. We would love to come back here.

Cons: Tiny tiny shower (uncomfortable). Really bad coffee in breakfast. Bit of a depressing place as everything is old and poorly designed

Pros: The place is great! Rooms arę very clean, the breakfasts were delicious. The view from Balbiny was amazing and I Think that the price was too low!!! Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful sea view, simple but functional hotel, private parking, decent breakfast, freshly prepared, friendly hosts, close to the beach. I absolutely recommend it, especially because of the price-quality ratio.
