very cozy and well facilitated appartment with very friendly hosts

Pros: room was clean, comfy and well equipped. the hosts were very friendly and obliging. they helped me out with everything i needed for a perfect stay.

Pros: A beautiful view of Falassarna beach and golden sunsets - we could hear the waves quite often. The rustic style of the building is a nice change from much of the very swanky development in the area, but did not lack comfort and convenience.

Cons: We really hope Falassarna will resist the rush to over-develop as it is still just about unspoiled, with lots of farming still going on and not too many houses to obstruct the amazing views. If there is to be more development it should be like Golden Sun!

Amazing

Pros: I like the location and the hospitality of the property owners. I felt like being a part of their family for two weeks while staying there.

Pros: Perfect location, amazing view and quiet surroundings. The room was clean and comfy, not fancy, but it had everything we needed! Definitely good value for money.

Despite a few inconveniences, I recommend both the apartments and the hosts.

Pros: Nice views from almost every apartment, especially those on the first floor. Nice and helpful hosts. Cool rooms finished in stone and wood. Very close to a supermarket.

Cons: The photos of the view from the balcony do not always match the photos of the interior of the apartment, which is misleading and creates misunderstandings when renting. You spend time choosing the room with the view you would like and are surprised that some elements are different than in the photos. The kitchen equipment could be better. A bit close to the street with cars passing by. When you get an apartment located closest to the road, it is audible and you cannot choose a specific one from above (you choose the standard, not the location).

Beautiful spot for gazing at the aegean

Pros: The view from the balcony was priceless... and we had such a warm friendly welcome - what a lovely family. The grounds/ gardens are beautifully kept and the room was cosy, the kitchen had everything you need to make simple dinners on the balcony which we did frequently. What a spot for sunset. Also our hosts helped us with motorbike hire - they were very friendly.

Lovely place

Pros: Lovely studio with view out over beautiful Falassarna beach. The decor is,pretty and cosy, with a balcony. Thoughtful touches ie salt pepper already there. Very nice hosts
